optical COHERENCE
Heidelberg Spectralis

The Heidelberg Spectralis is a versatile and comprehensive tool for eye care. This amazing device combines Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) with Scanning Laser Fundus Imaging providing detailed imaging capabilities for accurate diagnosis and treatment monitoring.

Fundus Autoflourence Photography

Fundus autofluorescence (FAF) is a non-invasive imaging technique that illuminates the retina with specific light wavelengths to reveal the natural glow of the eye. This glow, caused by molecules like lipofuscin, helps identify early signs of retinal stress or damage, often before any vision changes occur. FAF can also be used to monitor the progression of retinal diseases and assess the effectiveness of treatments.

Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) Heidelberg, Zeiss
Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) Zeiss

Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) creates high-resolution, cross-sectional images of the inside of the eye, specifically the retina and optic nerve, to help diagnose and monitor eye diseases

Visual Field Testing

A visual field test assesses how well a person can see in their peripheral vision, essentially mapping the extent of their visual field. It helps detect and monitor conditions like glaucoma, stroke, or brain tumors that can affect vision.
